Acceso Joven

A web platform for Monterrey's young people built for INJURE: open calls, grants, discounts, venue booking and QR handling, all in one place.

About the project

Acceso Joven is a web tool from the Monterrey Municipal Youth Institute (INJURE) that brings together services and opportunities for the city's young people. Users find open calls for competitions, grants and events, discounts at local businesses by category, health and wellbeing services (psychological, nutritional, grants, youth centres), and can book physical spaces such as study rooms, multipurpose rooms or a podcast studio. The system manages QR codes for redeeming discounts at participating businesses. It is built on Wagtail (Django) on the backend with a public SPA for end users.
