Martín De La Torre Vázquez
Full-Stack Developer
Full-Stack Developer with experience building web applications, REST APIs and cloud infrastructure for the public and private sectors. I currently lead the migration of a SaaS platform from a Django monolith to an eight-microservice, event-driven architecture, including redesigning the multi-tenant model to row-level isolation with Row Level Security in PostgreSQL. My core stack is Python, Rust, Java, TypeScript and .NET 6, with deployments on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure; CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Jenkins; containers with Docker and Podman; Kubernetes and infrastructure as code with Terraform. I also work with Zoom Contact Center, AI virtual agents and HubSpot CRM. I focus on clean code, zero-downtime deployments, and business rules enforced from the backend.

Full-Stack Developer · Collaboration Solutions Support
Axtel
September 2025 – Present
Responsible for full-stack development of bespoke platforms and for implementing, integrating and supporting collaboration solutions for enterprise clients.
- Responsible for obtaining the Zoom ZCX Deployment Certification for Axtel, running the technical lab and the capstone project end to end, including the ZVA AI module. The certification standardises the quality of the team's Zoom Customer Experience implementations and accredits Axtel as a deployment partner.
GTC Termocontrol — Multi-tenant SaaS for industrial project management
- Decomposed a Django monolith into eight independent microservices by domain — identity, sales, site works, expenses, human resources, notifications, reporting and files — each owning its data, schema and release cycle.
- Asynchronous communication over Redis Streams with consumer groups and guaranteed delivery after outages, complemented by on-behalf-of REST calls and event-fed read replicas.
- Redesigned the multi-tenant model from a database per client to a single database with Row Level Security and FORCE policies in PostgreSQL; the tenant travels in the JWT and is declared per transaction.
- Built the records microservice in Rust with axum and SQLx, using pre-signed URLs for files of up to 4 GB so they never pass through the backend.
- JWT RS256 and JWKS authentication with local per-service validation, two-layer RBAC, and corporate sign-in through Microsoft Entra ID.
- Reproducible environment with Podman, Kubernetes manifests and Traefik; per-service CI/CD with GitHub Actions, blue/green deployments and Terraform.
- Designed the target AWS architecture with ECS Fargate, RDS PostgreSQL, S3, ALB, VPC, ECR and CloudWatch.
- Automated business-rule tests, strict-mode static type checking, and linting as a quality gate.
- Built fifteen screens in Nuxt 3 and Vue 3 with TypeScript, including a real-time kanban board over SSE, estimates, S-curve charts, an org chart and a company administration panel.
- PDF generation with WeasyPrint, Excel reports, and a native Android app in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for field supervisors.
SOJASA — Collaboration and Contact Center (Zoom CCaaS)
- Implemented and configured Zoom Contact Center: flows, call routing and queue administration.
- Built virtual agents in Zoom Virtual Agent with JavaScript, global variables, external APIs and escalation to a human agent.
- Designed agentless dialer campaigns with dynamic contact lists generated from the CRM.
- Developed REST APIs with FastAPI and Python for automation, cross-platform integration and internal services.
- Developed Java microservices with Spring Boot and Spring Data JPA, containerised and deployed on Azure Container Apps.
- Integrated Zoom Contact Center with HubSpot CRM through webhooks and the REST API.
- Azure infrastructure with Container Apps, Key Vault, NAT Gateway, Container Registry and virtual networks.
- Architected Docker and Kubernetes K3s setups for high availability and zero-downtime deployments.
IOS Offices — Zoom Contact Center (internal operations panel)
- Built an internal panel that centralises the administration of more than 2,500 Zoom Contact Center call queues.
- Integrated with native Zoom features through the REST API and built backend services for operations the platform does not expose.
- Centralised operational tasks that previously had to be configured queue by queue from the Zoom portal.
