Monterrey Job Board

A municipal platform connecting Monterrey businesses with residents looking for work: company registration and validation, job postings, online applications and administrative management from Digital Government.

About the project

The "Bolsa de Empleo Monterrey" job platform, built for the Directorate-General of Digital Government and Technology Support within the Ministry of Innovation and Open Government. It connects three user profiles: public servants (who validate companies and run operations), companies (who post vacancies and manage applications) and residents (who search for opportunities and apply). It includes base catalogues (skills, vacancy categories, inclusion criteria, working arrangements), company registration and validation with branches, vacancy creation with full detail, and an admin panel with an audit log. Authentication is built on Firebase user providers and the public site lives at empleo.monterrey.gob.mx.
